Cocktail nights are back again! What better way to celebrate than dressing up with fabulous cocktail rings, statement pearls and glittering diamante. Super sized rings come in a range of interesting ‘bakelite’ type resins in art deco designs evocative of 1920’s decadence. Check out striking black and cream pieces with crystal, knuckle-duster ‘diamonds’ or go mad and make a bold statement with one of our more unusual cocktail rings. How about a crystal centered sunflower, coloured pearl dome or stunning multi-coloured peacock?

Vintage style deco marcasite jewellery evokes other eras with ‘Grand Hotel’ and ‘Great Gatsby’ drop earrings suggesting the glamorous parties of another time. Other styles bring in more classic elements of this popular and influential period in fashion, with rings being another ideal accessory to flaunt this design genre.

Black is the most sophisticated and elegant colour of the night and we mix black and crystal with great effect in hairwear and jewellery. An elaborate matt black metal hair-barrette combined with sparkly black crystal is alluring. Shiny black enamel id the perfect base for twinkling white crystals on a statement bangle and blackened ‘antique’ silver with grey and black marcasite notes highlights make a striking treble clef brooch.

For those who prefer a more subtle approach to their cocktail party dressing, we have stud earrings which capture the glamour of the occasion in a quieter way. Twist marcasite studs are a pretty and clever design while a everyone’s favourite staple, the single pearl stud earring, is topped with a charming bow of sparkly diamante.

Complete your look with a stunning necklace. An elegant long necklace designed around leaves and flowers is chic in thin black metal with crystal detail. Mother-of pearl mixed with facet glass beads makes another stylish neck-piece. Choose from deep ruby red, natural or mixed.
