Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. At which point you get a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched then see returns.

Return Policy

We hope that you’ll love everything you receive from Joe but in the event that you don’t, items that are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or are simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Please return the items within 14 days, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, including a brief note stating your details & reason for return. If possible, please include the original packing slip.

Please note that the initial shipping charges (if applicable) are only refundable for items which are faulty, not as described or incorrectly delivered. If you have simply changed your mind then shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items that have been worn or have been damaged while in your care may not be refunded.
