Burns Night: Tartan Treasures

Perhaps the most notable Scot of all time, the legacy of Robert Burns – known affectionately as Rabbie Burns – is one of magnificence. His work acts as a testament to the literary brilliance woven into Scotland’s rich history. As a company incredibly proud to be Scottish, and with Burns Night approaching its only appropriate that we celebrate! Join us in paying tribute to Scotland’s National Bard with a selection of our tartan treasures.

Tartan treasures take many forms in our range of earrings, whether it be charming heart shaped studs, plaid beads or the forever-chic acrylic hoops, you’re guaranteed to be talk of the dinner table in some jazzy Joe Cool jewellery. Pair them with our Plaid Purses , available in several distinct colourways that put a contemporary twist on the traditional tartan check.

Signature Joe Cool socks also get the tartan treatment. An earthy mustard and khaki check recall the palette of Scottish landscapes whilst the bodacious marriage of sage and lilac are perfect for those of an adventurous persuasion. The classic chocolate-cream combo offers a more lax approach to burns night attire whereas the the traditional navy and forest green pair are truly tartan treasures. Acrylic bangles decorated in a tartan print will level up any Burns Night ensemble, and with six stylish variants you’d be a fool not to pick one up!

The classic ‘Stewart’ tartan is found on an adorable alice band and telescopic umbrella – it doesn’t get more Scottish than a tartan brolly! Playful pistachio plaid adorns one of our show-stopping scarfs – even more fabulous when paired with our equally vibrant cotton bracelet.
